Advice! I have short legs (pretty obvious) and I have hips. I'm an asian, if that helps you at all. I usually dont look good in specific shoes because of the way they frame my legs. I'm debating between getting chelsea boots (in black of course) or engineer boots (in black of course). What i'm afraid of is that the chelsea boot may make my legs look wider in the top and skinny all of a sudden, whereas the engineer boot may only look nice with a extremely dressy outfit..e.g. leather pants. Help!
